Corporate identity and collateral branding
Lovegrove Estate is a new home and land development located at Angle Vale, north of Adelaide in South Australia.
The objective was to develop a visual identity that attracts the attention of potential customers – imprinting in their mind the benefits of choosing Lovegrove Estate against those of the better located projects. This identity had to attract the attention of predominantly second home buyers from the north–western suburbs, as well as empty nesters and first homebuyers. The engagement will focus on living in an area which provides a rural feel with all conveniences that Angle Vale offers nearby.
The identity branding included development of a responsive logo, unique colour palette and typography. These visual elements are then applied consistently across all other brand collateral to give the effective results shown below.
The symbol part of the logo combines a visual representation of three elements; love, grove and community – with the house element thrown in for good measure.
The project included collateral brand rollout on to various print and digital mediums.
